My name is Anna Zuyeva. I am 21 years old and for now, I’m studying abroad, but I was born and raised in Zaporizhzhia, Ukraine. My previous working experience started in the year 2017 when I worked as a volunteer on Buckeye Cruise for Cancer, which was a fundraising event. After that, I started working as a promoter and later on, was promoted to an acting administrator in Garou Bar. While working as a promoter, I designed leaflets, coupons, and stickers for them. Last, but not least was my internship in Metinvest Holding where I worked as an HR Manager and was mainly responsible for finding the right people to fit the right places and I held interviews, worked with documents, and controlled if people needed training or not. Concerning difficult situations at work, one of the most difficult situations for me were interviews with disabled people, because they needed work very badly, but there was nothing we could offer them since the work was mainly physically difficult. To overcome those situations more easily I completed the training from LinkedIn learning “Communicating with Diplomacy and Tact” which helps me to communicate more softly with them. And I started to try to wear them in advance because the work is very physically difficult. So, it will not be a good fit for them if they still wanted to complete the interview. For now, I am looking for a full-time job in a company, where I can build my future career. And I love working with text more because I am more humanitarian and I prefer to learn or work with languages, instead of working with numbers. And also, I prefer to work alone, since it is easier for me to know that the result will depend only on me and on my work, not on the work of other people. Nevertheless, I have the experience of working in groups previously, a lot of experience and there is no problem for me to interact with other people while working.
