Hello, my name is Maria. I’ m 33 years old. I live in Lviv. I worked as an analyst for STV group’s company. I prepared daily reports, answered calls from clients and managed company’s correspondence. In difficult situations I try to be calm and find the reason of the problem. The main thing is communication. I had a situation when our office received too many stationary and my manager told me we can not afford to pay for this order. I contacted the supplier directly. But they told me that the order is correct and according to invoice. I have checked available information and asked them to verify it again. It turned out that supplier send the correct order to the wrong office of our company. I helped them redirect the order to the correct address and the situation got successfully resolved. I would like to have a job with communication languages and helping people. Because I want to use and improve my language skills and grow professionally. I enjoy painting art by numbers, spending time in nature with my children and reading books for self-development. I’m an avid computer user and I’m socially active online. I research and read a lot online. Either option is fine with me because I’ m sociable and disciplined. I’m patient and responsible. I’m opened to everything new and I enjoy learning. I’m looking for a full time job. I would like to buy a house and be able to travel and work on self-development. I want to be a successful woman. My life principles are justice, integrity, responsibility, honesty. My strong points are responsibility, hard-working attitude and diligence. My weak point is lack of confidence. I can work both as humanitarian and with numbers. I like to learn and work with people.
