Hello, my name is Eva, I’m 21 years old. I live in Kharkiv. I have a 6 month experience as an operator in a call-center Company. It’s a telemarketing company. Mostly in difficult situations I find very senseverse, I consider options and through trial and error I find a suitable solution. For example, I have met a sufficient number of clients in my work who like to talk on the phone, chatting on the phone. Just in this case I listen to the client politely and when they are interrupted I remind them about the product that my company represents. I would really like to try myself in working with people, helping and resolving issues that are extremely important for me because I have a communication behavior that I want to overcome completely for what I will be very grateful to this company. My hobby is photography. For 4 years I have immersed myself in this style. My social media experience is mainly based on running my own blog in Telegram with motivational text and tips, as well as Instagram page with photo works. I prefer to work alone because it makes it easy to understand information and concentrate on my work.
