Hi, my name is Tanya, I’m thirty, l live in Kyiv, Ukraine. My first work experience was a position of sales manager. The most difficult situation was when the current product that was already bought was out of stock, so first I tried to help find an equivalent exchange and made sure the buyer is satisfied. Of course, when a customer didn´t agree for an excange we had to return the money, but that was a rare situation. I have experience in translating news articles. I am searching for a job to improve my English skills and soon the other languages as well. I´m a team player, it´s good to have a person who helps you when you do not know something. I never stop learning, and my goal is to enjoy the work I do. So, if you searching for a person that giving his best to achieve results and growing up from learning choose me. I´m looking for a full-time job. And I´m good at analyzing and numbers. What I mean is it´s like in Math, when you have a formula and u use it. I am not good at copywriting, it is difficult for me when I do not know a topic.
